This is an evergreen opportunity to join our Sales Talent Pool, where we consider candidates for current and future roles across different experience levels - from early-career sales professionals to experienced account managers and future leaders.
Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:
Develop new business within assigned territory or market
Build and grow a strong, profitable customer base
Identify opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Apply a consultative, solution-based sales approach
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Build long-term partnerships with clients across industrial sectors
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
Master our proven sales methodology
Continuously develop product and industry knowledge
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer value
Mentor and support junior sales professionals
Contribute to onboarding and training of new hires
Develop skills in coaching, recruitment, and team leadership
We’re open to a range of profiles, but strong candidates typically bring:
Background in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Experience in industrial, technical, or solution-based sales is a plus
Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
(For senior profiles) experience mentoring or leading others
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Results-driven, proactive, and resilient mindset
Good planning, organization, and time management
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
Consultative selling approach
Fluent Polish and English
Valid driving license
Willingness to work in a field-based / hybrid sales environment
