We are looking for a new team member to join our high-performing Sales Support team. This role involves assisting ESET’s partners in successfully completing their ordering processes via our sales tools, continuously improving system setups, and collaborating with sales teams across multiple countries.

Job description

What will be your agenda:

  • Act as a process owner for established sales operations processes in global business systems. Implement these standard processes across global and local teams, and support their daily execution by resolving issues and assisting with process-related activities.
  • Process and track tickets using the ticketing tool, including monthly reporting and suggesting tool improvements. Create and manage orders, quotes and deals for Partners, Offices and internal departments and handle sales-related requests that require processing exclusively by HQ.
  • Monitor and review the performance and quality of owned sales processes within business systems. Gather user feedback to identify potential improvements or issues, and support the definition of problems and expected outcomes using use-case and data analysis. Collaborate on designing solutions, assist with testing (including user acceptance testing), and help communicate changes to relevant participants.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for owned sales processes, ensuring alignment with the current sales process as implemented in business systems; cooperate with business process analysts on standardized process documentation and regularly review the documentation to keep it up to date.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of process-related training materials. Help organize the structure and content of trainings, assist in delivering sessions to users, and contribute to keeping materials up to date with current processes and system changes.
  • Support global sales projects from business systems and processes perspective, focusing on communication and delivery/execution by local teams.
  • Provide timely invoicing support to finance department, incl. reconciliation of international orders and global distribution channels.
  • Manage Partners' and ESET Offices' accounts in business systems, including margins and other data to ensure invoicing process continuity.
  • Administrate contracts of Exclusive and non-exclusive Partners and ESET Offices; amend drafts supplied by Legal department for final processing and arrange for signature process.

This position is a maternity leave cover. 

What we expect from you: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems as an end-user.
  • Experience with systems for managing indirect sales channels (e.g., reseller portals, ordering portals, marketing centers, certification portals, etc. 
  • Experience with change management is a plus.
  • Fluent English (C1 level)

Wage (salary) gross/monthly: from 1600 Euro 

  • Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
