About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

This role will work closely with the VP, Sales Strategy and Enablement to design, build, maintain and monitor key analytical deliverables - such as reporting and dashboards - to assess the health and performance of these go-to-market sales motions worldwide. This role is a hybrid of traditional positions in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and analysis - requiring a mix of market analysis, sales optimization and business operational support.

Sample projects range from tactical performance report building and analysis (using Salesforce CRM and Snowflake), to dashboard asset creation (using Tableau), to strategic data management and market research (using 3rd party resources and AI modeling). This role will be expected to utilize (and have experience in) data visualization modeling (such as Tableau) and the ability to excel beyond manual spreadsheets. The role will be very visible in the organization, often engaging with Senior Executives from cross-functional departments including Sales Distribution, Operations, Legal, Ethics, Audit, Business Technology and Strategy, and thus is expected to function well in a fast paced, deliverable-centric, global oriented environment.

The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities. Moreover, this person will excel at extracting insights from data, effectively communicating complex ideas and driving action from ideas.

Your Impact

Success will be measured by initiatives outlined in your yearly V2MOM (a very transparent goal setting system which tracks your values, vision, methods, obstacles and measures). As one of the most innovative companies in the world, we are also expected individually to contribute to innovating in any area we work. Finally, we are an Ohana (family) culture organization and look to bring on great people who work well with others and love to celebrate success!
