You Will:
- Run deal-specific research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb.
- Prepare tailored outreach packages for Sales Directors.
- Partner with Sales Directors on outreach strategy setup, package review and optimization.
- Facilitate deal outreach strategy workshops based on market intelligence.
- Lead stand-up meetings focused on deal progress and execution.
- Drive mid- and end-cadence reviews with clear performance insights and next-step recommendations.
- Identify patterns in pipeline stages to improve targeting and outreach effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc sales analytics to support VP and Sales Director decisions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product and Ops to secure or create sales collateral.
- Co-create internal knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., “Mastery Mondays”).
- Refresh outreach frameworks and packages on a quarterly basis.
Desired Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, strategy/growth, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree from a strong business/economics university (top-tier preferred).
- Exposure to CRM and sales workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Understanding of prospecting motions, outbound frameworks, and early pipeline building.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial models and client value drivers.
- Analytical rigor and comfort working with data, dashboards, pipeline metrics, and outbound performance indicators
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- High ownership, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Experience working with commercial or go-to-market teams, ideally in a cross-functional environment.
- Advanced command of English (min. C1 level), written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech.
- Familiarity with research tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SimilarWeb, Apptopia, Winmo, or similar.
- Experience supporting senior commercial leaders (Sales Directors, VP Sales) with analysis, insights, and strategic input.
- Familiarity with agile work methodologies (iterative workflows, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Experience in project management or managing cross-functional initiatives.
