We are currently looking for a Sales Representative (C) to join our team.

Mission:


As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of products and services to customers within a defined territory. You will engage directly with customers to introduce them to our offerings, build rapport, and drive sales. Your role is crucial in generating new business and nurturing existing relationships to help us achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured direct sales activities, such as visiting customers and prospects.

  • Demonstrate and present our products/services to potential customers.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and interests.

  • Meet sales targets and objectives as directed by management.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Assist in creating, monitoring, and revising lead generation plans to build a robust pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Complete necessary sales documentation and reporting.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Provide valuable feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.


Skills:

  • Communication: Ability to clearly articulate product benefits and engage customers.

  • Customer Service: Strong focus on addressing customer needs and providing excellent service.

  • Sales Techniques: Basic understanding of sales methods and tactics.

  • Organization: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and sales activities.

  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management software.

  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of the company’s products/services (a3 innuva nómina, área laboral).

  • Negotiation: Ability to engage in discussions around product/service terms.

  • Market Research: Skills to assess market trends and customer preferences.
