What will you work on?
Field Sales Representative visits customers to sell in person. Their duties include attracting new customers to a company, nurturing relationships with them and maximising the profit and Spin Master brand visibilityy within their territory.
How will you create impact?
Deliver product presetations in the stores, business proposals and ad plans to customer’s stores on time
Visiting customers on a regular basis and evaluating customer needs and desires
Understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
Implement all Sales and Marketing Brand plan based on KAM budgets
Monitoring Retails Sales Prices (Spin Master’s and Competitor’s prices based on report system request)
Prepare the monthly visit plan and provide to Field Force Manager to approval
Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
Clear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challenges
Work proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service
Implement trade marketing and marketing activity on the responsible territory and maximize Spin Master Brand visibility on store level.
Flexibility regarding accounts managed
Actively work as part of a team to create a solution-oriented culture, leading by example
Maintain and further develop the strong commercial and personal relationships between SPIN MASTER and your account base and ensure SPIN MASTER remains a preferred supplier
How will you fit into the team?
The Field Sales Representative reports to the Field Force Manager Poland.
What are your skills and experience?
Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing or adequate professional experience
1 plus years national sales and account management exp.
Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio with a national Toy retailers
Customer driven approach- a go-getter attitude
Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
Ability to create and maintain business presentations, excel files, read POS reports
Fluent in English
Good computer knowledge
Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, extroverted, strong presentations skills
