About the team
You’ll join FIS’s Office of the CFO (oCFO) organization, a dynamic team focused on transforming how clients manage Accounts Receivables, Payables and broader financial operations. The team partners closely with Sales, Solutions Management, Marketing, and Go‑to‑Market functions to drive measurable revenue impact and strong pipeline creation.
What you will be doing
You will partner directly with Sales executives to generate top‑of‑funnel revenue opportunities across the oCFO portfolio, serving as a subject matter expert to strengthen opportunity qualification, elevate product messaging, and accelerate pipeline creation in targeted AR/AP markets.
- Provide SME support across sales channels, including education distribution, seller training, and competitive insights.
- Attend sales meetings, support opportunity qualification, and present industry trends to executive audiences.
- Maintain a minimum 2.5× quota coverage across assigned regions and Business Units.
- Develop accredited training programs to enhance seller industry knowledge and improve win rates.
- Partner with the Business Unit on pipeline reporting, target market alignment, and GTM strategy execution.
- Track market needs, identify roadmap gaps, and support BU feedback loops to enhance solution competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement on messaging, campaigns, sales plays, and thought leadership content.
- Support sales engineering with smooth handoffs and ensure opportunity documentation accuracy within CRM.
What you bring
- Degree‑level education.
- 5–10 years of industry experience, including direct Receivables operations exposure.
- 3+ years FinTech or consultancy experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the AR/AP and oCFO competitive landscape.
- Deep institutional relationships across the industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience working with senior director and C‑suite leaders.
- Ability to craft market‑facing messaging and positioning.
Added bonus if you have
- Knowledge of FIS products or services.
- Fluency in Spanish or additional languages.
- Experience with AR‑focused FinTech vendors or solution competitors.
Ideal Background
- Credit/Receivables departments at Manager, Director, or Treasurer level.
- Bank internal AR or client‑facing credit/receivables functions.
- Big Four or boutique consultancy experience in AR, Credit, or Shared Services.
- Corporate or FI Shared Services/AR divisions at Manager/Director/Partner level.
- Pre‑sales or business‑functional background within FinTech AR competitors.

The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
