Tasks and responsibilities:
Ensuring the implementation of promotional plans and business plans of the territory
Implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and other significant indicators for the territory
Ensuring the presentation and demonstration of priority Haleon drugs, as well as the placement of informational and advertising materials, determined and approved according to the company's strategy and plan, KAM agreements with pharmacy chains
Implementation of distribution development plans and promotion of new products among customers
Organize individual and group meetings and conferences with health care representatives and opinion leaders in the field of medicine in order to support Haleon drugs
Ensure good contacts and develop long-term partnerships on behalf of Haleon with pharmacy chains, pharmacists, health care specialists in order to support Haleon drugs
Carry out the agreed plan of visits to "target" pharmacies
To participate in drawing up a business plan for your region and for your territory
Plan and implement effective coverage of the territory
Support and expand the network of customers and end users of Haleon drugs
To achieve excellence in commercial, medical and professional knowledge
Know and follow the reporting system
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably medical or pharmaceutical).
Sales or practical experience in healthcare or consumer goods.
Computer skills, Word, Excel, PPT, Power BI, ability to quickly learn new programs.
Availability of thematic training for this position will be an advantage
Valid driver's license
