What you’ll do as sales specialist:
Identify and acquire new customers across the construction sector requiring temporary power solutions
Meet and exceed sales and bookings targets for generators, power packages and associated services
Develop strategies to expand market reach, convert competitor accounts and build long‑term partnerships
Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure seamless delivery of power solutions
Manage key accounts, deepen relationships and support national account development
You are:
Experienced in technical or solution‑based selling environments
Temporary power or equipment hire experience
Customer‑focused, with proven ability to build trust and influence decision‑makers
Organised, proactive and able to manage your own pipeline effectively
A confident presenter who can handle objections and uncover customer needs
Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions
