Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Recruiter with German language proficiency to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions across multiple countries, provide strategic hiring guidance to stakeholders, and build strong talent pipelines to support our business growth.
Available job locations: Warszawa, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance across various countries.
Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with both local and remote Hiring Managers.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by consulting on hiring processes, role requirements, and sourcing strategies.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates across different regional talent pools.
Use in-depth knowledge of the labor market, competitive landscape, and external talent availability to identify effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain talent networks to increase visibility and attract top-tier talent.
Proactively source candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and Workday, and leverage creative sourcing techniques.
Maximize the use of internal and external referrals to support strategic hiring needs.
Provide regular pipeline updates, recruitment metrics, and reporting for key hiring projects.
Qualifications & Behaviors
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally 5-8 years.
Strategic thinker with a high degree of autonomy, a team-first mindset, and a drive for change and continuous improvement.
Self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling content to executive-level audiences.
