Job Description

The Sales Product Resource Team (SPRT) Project Analyst Manager is part of U.S. Bank Equipment Finance, aligned to the business line and closely partnered with the Sales organization. Equipment Finance supports a wide range of customers and vendor partners across multiple business lines, delivering financing solutions and providing ongoing program support.
 

The position is within the Client Strategy & Pricing organization, which works in close collaboration with Sales to support the full lifecycle of vendor and client programs—from initial setup through ongoing administration and optimization. Teams within this organization partner across functions to ensure vendor programs operate effectively, address issues as they arise, and support evolving business and client needs.
 

The Sales Product Resource Team (SPRT) is responsible for the ongoing administration and operational support of vendor programs, working cross‑functionally with internal partners such as Credit, Documentation/Booking, Client Support, Pricing, and other stakeholders. The team plays a key role in sustaining vendor relationships, supporting program operations, and resolving non‑standard or complex issues to ensure continuity and a strong client experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of individual contributors, including day‑to‑day work oversight, prioritization, coaching, and support
  • Oversee ongoing administration and support of vendor programs within Equipment Finance, ensuring operational continuity and issue resolution
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or non‑standard vendor, program, or operational issues and facilitate timely resolution
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners such as Credit, Documentation/Booking, Client Support, Pricing, and other WCIBO stakeholders to address program needs and resolve exceptions
  • Coordinate and contribute to projects and initiatives that support vendor programs, operational enhancements, or business needs
  • Assess issues, identify appropriate resources, and guide problem‑solving across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain an understanding of team processes, procedures, and operational workflows to provide coverage and guidance when needed
  • Support effective communication with internal partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely follow‑up
  • Utilize data and reporting tools to support decision‑making, issue resolution, and responses to vendor or internal inquiries
     

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Considerable knowledge of Equipment Finance business lines
  • Demonstrated leadership capability through formal or informal leadership roles, project leadership, or cross‑functional initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and address complex issues through collaboration and problem‑solving
  • Exposure to more than one Equipment Finance business line or product area
  • Experience supporting vendor programs, operational processes, or ongoing program administration
  • Project management experience or involvement in cross‑functional initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and advanced formulas (e.g., lookups, Power Query)
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and build collaborative working relationships

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,600.00 - $96,000.00
