Sales Performance Analyst

We’re looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to join us at Telia.
 

I’m Anders Selin, Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development, driving continuous improvement across the entire sales organization.

What you’ll do:

You will be supporting B2B sales leaders on all levels with operational sales reporting & analytics, both recurring & predefined as well as proactive & more exploratory analytics.

It also means developing and improving continuous analytics & reporting, enabling uniform and reliable sales forecasts and driving continuous improvement of performance monitoring.

This includes responsibilities to:

• Drive the development of new forward-looking metrics and models for sales controlling
• Build actionable CRM dashboards and sales follow-up reporting that enables faster, better decisions for sales leaders
• Partner with sales leaders at all levels and the Performance Management team to translate business needs into clear insights and prioritized improvements

What will help you thrive in this role:

To be successful in this role we believe that you have strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills, an analytical mindset with business understanding and that you are proactive & Self‑Driven with a strong learning ability.

• Proven experience in B2B sales controlling, reporting to executive teams
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Qlik or other comparable tools
•  Ability to capture overall sales reporting needs and convert these to either reports or requirements for further development
• Fluency in Swedish & English
• A Master’s degree (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Economics, or Economics (or equivalent) is considered a strong merit.
