ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Business Development
Define and lead the MaaS strategy, positioning Marketing as a Service as the go-to partner for brand-owned cultural platforms.
Identify opportunities across music, gaming, esports, and pop culture events that advertisers can “own.”
Develop compelling go-to-market propositions for brands, showcasing how MaaS builds sustained relevance.
Drive revenue growth by packaging MaaS solutions into scalable offerings for advertisers.
Client & Partnership Management
Forge strong relationships with senior brand and marketing leaders across industries, especially banking and financial clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping advertisers design and execute owned entertainment platforms.
Negotiate long-term partnerships, co-sponsorships, and monetization models.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through measurable impact and repeatable success.
Platform Development & Execution
Oversee the design of always-on platforms (showcases, drops, collabs, fan rituals, gaming tournaments, lifestyle activations).
Integrate fan participation mechanics (missions, voting, remixing, challenges, attendance) into brand-owned platforms.
Manage large-scale events end-to-end, leveraging a wide network of vendors, production partners, and creative agencies to deliver world-class experiences.
Design and package integrated campaigns that tie together social media, on-ground activations, and digital advertising, ensuring advertisers maximize impact across channels.
Productize offerings into repeatable packages (e.g., music marketing platform, gaming tournament package, lifestyle activation bundle).
Collaborate with AdTech teams to capture opt-in signals and build passion-based audiences.
Ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs such as brand lift, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
AdTech Integration & Amplification
Partner with AdTech teams to leverage first-party data and optimize audience targeting.
Scale successful activations through paid amplification, ensuring each cycle grows stronger.
Provide insights and recommendations to advertisers based on campaign performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Establish ROI frameworks and dashboards to measure advertiser outcomes beyond campaign metrics.
Track KPIs such as brand lift, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and audience growth.
Present regular performance reports to leadership and clients, highlighting compounded impact over time.
Analyze win/loss ratios and performance trends for continuous improvement.
Leadership & Internal Alignment
Lead a cross-functional team spanning product, operations, and marketing.
Provide market feedback to product teams to refine MaaS offerings.
Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies, sales collateral, and thought leadership.
Champion innovation by exploring new cultural arenas (gaming, streaming, lifestyle events).
Client Presentation & Post-Campaign Analysis
Collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling pitches, case studies, and best practices. Lead client pitch presentations, demonstrating the value of our ad tech solutions through data-driven insights and success stories.
Conduct post-mortem campaign reports, analyzing key performance metrics and areas for optimization.
Present findings to advertisers, offering actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and sales enablement) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide feedback to product teams based on advertiser needs and market demand.
Partner with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and go-to-market strategies.
Support marketing initiatives with client testimonials and success metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
8–12 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or ad tech, with leadership exposure.
Proven track record in building large-scale cultural or entertainment platforms for brands.
Deep understanding of pop culture ecosystems (music, gaming, esports, lifestyle events).
Strong network among advertisers, especially banking and financial clients.
Extensive background in events management, with a wide vendor and partner network for production, logistics, and creative execution.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, on-ground, and digital channels.
Expertise in AdTech, data-driven marketing, and audience segmentation.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
