Role Summary
If you’re a detail-oriented, collaborative problem-solver with a passion for supporting sales success, Triumph has the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Business Development Officers (BDOs) to keep sales processes running smoothly, deliver valuable insights, and ensure every client and prospect receives exceptional service.
Day in the Life
No two days are the same—you might be analyzing sales metrics to help shape strategy in the morning, connecting with prospects or referral brokers midday, and refining data in Salesforce by the afternoon. You’ll play a central role in keeping deals moving forward, supporting the team behind the scenes, and ensuring every step of the sales process is seamless.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support BDOs in guiding prospects through the application and onboarding process.
Create and analyze sales metrics reports, partnering with marketing to identify growth opportunities.
Communicate with prospects and referral brokers to assist with underwriting and funding.
Keep Salesforce data accurate and up to date for both current and prospective clients.
Provide administrative support to help the sales operations team work efficiently.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, XLOOKUP).
Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
