Sales Operations Specialist

Profile Overview

As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will report to our Head of Enterprise Sales and play a crucial role in enabling our enterprise sales team to accelerate deal closure, secure renewals, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales tools and data, and providing the operational backbone that allows our sales professionals to focus on selling. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with B2B SaaS sales experience who can bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution while supporting our ambitious enterprise growth targets.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Enterprise sales to enable enterprise sales team success by maintaining sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, pricing guides, and proposal templates that accelerate deal closure
  • Optimize our CRM system and sales technology stack, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and seamless workflow automation across the entire sales process
  • Support renewal and expansion activities by tracking contract expiration dates, coordinating with customer success team, and preparing renewal proposals and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate sales forecasting processes, working with individual account executives to maintain accurate pipeline projections and supporting quarterly business reviews
  • Assist with lead qualification and initial prospect research, helping to identify key decision-makers, company priorities, and technical requirements for enterprise accounts
  • Manage sales collateral and enablement materials, keeping competitive information current and ensuring the team has access to up-to-date case studies, ROI calculators, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing team on lead handoff processes, ensuring smooth transition from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified opportunities
  • Assist with contract preparation, pricing approvals, and deal structuring for complex enterprise agreements, working closely with legal and finance teams

What You bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working within a B2B SaaS sales team, preferably in an enterprise sales environment or sales support role
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal progression through complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience, including expertise in data integrity management, workflow automation, and report creation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to derive insights from sales data and metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with sales professionals, marketing team, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales, technical products, or SEO/web development tools preferred
  • Experience supporting contract negotiations, pricing discussions, or renewal processes a plus
