KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Credit status review with sales rep for overdue management
Coordinate the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Monitor AR(accounts receivable) and manage collection activities to reduce overdue payments.
Track and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) performance through proactive credit and collection strategies.
Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer information.
Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Reconciliation with customer regarding AR/LR Balance
Sales Closing Data Management utilizing SAP
STL Contract Consolidation
Arrangement for disposable product Return & Exchange
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea and related sales processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Detail-oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
