KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Credit status review with sales rep for overdue management
  • Coordinate the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor AR(accounts receivable) and manage collection activities to reduce overdue payments.
  • Track and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) performance through proactive credit and collection strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer information.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Reconciliation with customer regarding AR/LR Balance
  • Sales Closing Data Management utilizing SAP
  • STL Contract Consolidation
  • Arrangement for disposable product Return & Exchange

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea and related sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Detail-oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
