We are seeking a commercially-minded Sales Operations Excellence Senior Manager APAC to act as a strategic partner to sales leadership across Asia Pacific at ESET.Job description
This role will work closely with the Country Managers and HQ functional teams, to ensure the sales organization operates with clarity, consistency, and data-driven decision-making, while aligning regional execution with global sales strategy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales Operating Model & Strategy Execution - Act as the regional lead for sales excellence, aligning local/regional sales strategies into practical, high-impact execution across APAC. You will also drive adoption of a standardized sales operating model across countries and partner ecosystems and partner with sales leadership to improve sales productivity, focus, and effectiveness
Sales Process Discipline & Optimization - Establish and embed best-in-class practices across – prospecting, pipeline management, deal qualification and progression. Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve sales processes and conversion rates and ensure consistent use of sales methodologies, definitions, and governance standards
Sales Pipelining, Forecasting & KPIs - own regional sales performance frameworks, including: forecasting accuracy, pipeline coverage, quota setting and tracking. You will also develop and standardize dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks and lead regional business planning cycles, including target setting and validation
Sales Tools, Systems & Adoption - Partner with global teams to ensure effective deployment and adoption of ESET’s CRM systems and pipeline/reporting tools. You will drive data quality, system usage, and user enablement. Ensure tools are intuitive, relevant, and embedded into daily sales workflows
Enablement & Capability Building - Enable sales teams and partners through structured onboarding, ongoing training on tools, processes, and methodologies, collaborate with regional, local and HQ teams to align capability building with business priorities
Channel & Partner Performance Insights - Provide data-driven insights on partner performance, contribution, pipeline health across distributors and resellers as well as support evaluation and optimization of partner programs
Governance, Compliance & Data Integrity - Ensure adherence to sales process standards, data governance and audit requirements, security and privacy regulations, maintain consistency and reliability of sales data for decision-making
Regional Projects & Continuous Improvement - Lead and execute regional sales transformation initiatives, acting as a bridge between global and regional teams to ensure alignment and practical implementation, provide competitive intelligence and market insights.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Sales Operations / Sales Excellence / Revenue Operations within a B2B environment (preferably cybersecurity or enterprise technology)
Strong understanding of channel sales models (distributors, resellers, MSPs)
Track record of improving sales performance through process, data, and systems
Experience working across multiple countries or regions
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior sales leaders
Highly analytical, with strong business acumen and a bias for action
