What’s the role?

You will be critical in ensuring the integrity of our data, particularly with the high volume of software contracts processed during our busy season. Working as a Sales Operations Analyst in support of the Revenue organization, your core focus will be to maintain the efficiency and consistency of current systems and processes while proactively identifying and implementing streamlining opportunities to enable the sellers to operate at peak performance. You will also perform essential reporting and analysis using Salesforce.com, Google Sheets, and Excel, translating data into key, actionable insights for sales management.

In addition to supporting our current growth, this role will be integral to supporting new products that we are rolling out this year. This evolution makes it an exciting time to join the team, offering a unique opportunity to shape the new processes and systems that will support these new products. Success will require comfort with change and ambiguity as we define our future operational landscape.

What you’ll do to be successful 

1.) Ensure Data Accuracy and Process Adherence

  • Manage the case management process by driving to resolution all internal service cases submitted by our stakeholders
  • Manage the Closed-Won-Pending process to ensure all data is accurate and complete on opportunities that are requested to be Closed-Won
  • Analyze data by creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce, in addition to exporting data to Excel or Google Sheets for more detailed examination
  • Serve as a trusted process owner, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce through continuous data hygiene tasks and manual oversight of the deal handoff from Revenue to Finance

Success will be measured by:

  • Maintaining accurate and timely updates in Salesforce cases
  • Resolution time by severity level of Salesforce cases
  • Accuracy of Closed-Won-Pending (CWP) process and meeting SLA commitments for CWP timely resolution

2.) Provide Ongoing Support to the Revenue Team

  • Provide essential cross-functional support, acting as the representative for Sales Operations on initiatives that impact the Revenue team or the tech stack
  • Create accurate and audience-appropriate materials, such as: high-level design documents, job aids for the Revenue team, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Sales Operations team

Success will be measured by:

  • Demonstrating a proactive bias for action across assignments
  • Demonstrating a customer-centric lens during prioritization and problem-solving 
  • Continuously seeking out and implementing opportunities for process improvement

Experience & skills you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations role
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, including using Salesforce  Connector with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Data Loader for bulk importing and exporting of Salesforce records
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience creating/updating contract templates in tools such as Conga or similar preferred.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other revenue tools valued.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker, Omni valued.

The Details 

  • Location: Remote 
  • Starting Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
