Sales Operations Analyst - Healthcare, UK, Spain, Lithuania

This role can be based in the UK (Bracknell), Spain (Barcelona), or Lithuania (Vilnius).

You’ll join Dexcom’s growing Commercial Excellence organization, where business partnership, data, systems, and insights come together to power commercial planning, engagement, execution, enablement, and measurement across EMEA and LATAM. Where you come in:

  • You oversee sales operations mechanisms for incentive compensation, field force sizing, territory alignment, targeting, segmentation, roster management & contract management.
  • You establish expectations / best practices regarding incentive compensation, segmentation, targeting, engagement, org design, activity planning & tracking, and omnichannel via reusable processes and conduct change management with field teams to drive adoption.
  • You partner with local, regional, and global teams in the design and evaluation of incentive compensation plans in addition to managing documentation, target setting, performance & payout calculations, roster management, and health checks.
  • You identify enablement solutions to deliver one coherent customer experience across sales, marketing, medical, and market access.
  • You partner with clusters/countries to adapt, develop, and deploy GTM models – integrating innovative field force design, segmentation, customer targeting, and territory optimization.
  • You act as a SWAT team member / strategic advisor during commercial transformations across insights & intelligence, portfolio & customer strategy, customer engagement strategy, execution, enablement, and measurement & action.
  • You establish data-driven performance management systems to assess business impact of commercial strategies via tracking of established KPIs.
  • You deliver analytics across deployment, SFE, customer ecosystem, market access, channel/distributor, pricing & contracting and automate ad-hoc field analytics requests via reusable templates and workflows.
  • You execute change activation practices to ensure field teams are structured, motivated, and supported in adopting new practices, driving consistent execution and behavior change.

What makes you successful:

  • You have experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European commercial organizations and expertise working with MedTech / Pharmaceutical commercial data.
  • Working knowledge of IC plan mechanics sufficient to manage documentation, run target setting, ensure crediting accuracy, execute performance & payout calculations, and partner with global/regional/local IC stakeholders to ensure operational feasibility and compliance.
  • You have a proven ability to support field force deployment & design analytics along with segmentation, targeting, customer planning, and KPI measurement.
  • Strong analytics toolkit with deep expertise and experience working in SQL and Tableau.
  • You naturally design reusable frameworks, templates, workflows, processes, and cadences that reduce dependency on ad-hoc effort, enabling the Commercial Excellence function to scale across markets.
  • You have experience working as a thought partner with Sales Leadership and are comfortable challenging assumptions and delivering clear decisions and recommendations rather than dashboards alone.
  • You see the entire commercial ecosystem (people, processes, data, and technology) to conduct analyses and design solutions that work end-to-end rather than optimizing one lever in isolation.
  • You bring strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to simplify complexity and guide stakeholders through change and adoption.
  • You balance adherence to clear standards, governance, and cadence while retaining flexibility to tailor solutions based on local market dynamics.
  • You are comfortable parachuting into ambiguous, high‑pressure commercial transformation moments—rapidly diagnosing issues, structuring problems, and delivering pragmatic recommendations that balance speed, precision, and impact.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex/Hybrid workplace option.
