How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The overall purpose of the position is to achieve sales target (Revenue) for assigned areas and Identify sales, develop new customers along with the help of business development team and find out new potential areas to enhance sales and make new customers.

The key target is to achieve new business gains and sales growth within the Sales policies through effective management and leadership. Supporting in developing welding and cutting applications, promoting products, percolating new launches/offers and similarly sharing the field experience/opportunities/new developments of the market.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plans & priorities in advance, for effective Prospecting & Customer visits

  • Visits industrial areas & identifies prospective Leads. Identifies & understands Client requirements & needs

  • Meets decision-makers and develops relationships and builds trust. Plays Lead role in negotiation & closure of contracts

  • Takes complete ownership of the Accounts , Ensures Customer Satisfaction level, brings clarity to cross functional activities

  • Develops & shares territory business knowledge. Identifies and follows gas and non-gas competitor’s actions in his/her assigned area

  • Keeps track of competition and market developments

  • Keeps track and supports the development sales profit.

Qualifications & Experience: (list education, certifications, training, work experience, etc.)

  • Degree in relevant disciplines  - Technical Degree preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical, Automotive, Mechatronics.
  • Need a candidate for Pune
  • Ability to travel is Mandatory

Skills and Competencies: (list technical & core skills, soft skills, behavioral competencies, etc.)

  • Strong appetite for sales.

  • Good interpersonal skills in order to cultivate and sustain relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Ability to formulate and articulate complex ideas clearly.

  • Languages: 

  • - Local language: Perfect command (written and spoken, mobilized to convince). 

    - English: proficient level required.

  • Strategic thinking and commercial spirit oriented on winning while delivering the value;

  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial and self-driven personality;

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;

  • Ease and accuracy in financial modeling and other calculations.
