How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
EXCLUDE : jobs whose main mission is invoicing & cashing management (should be coded in the Job Family Finance & Controlling, in the Group Job Cash Management)

Main Accountabilities
1. Monitor quotations, tender and order processing to support the Sales team.
2. Assist the Sales team in the management of pricing and product code matters.
3. Create and maintain regular sales analysis and reporting, including PowerBI dashboards, as defined by the Head of IM Commercial. Assist sales team with formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
4. Handles customer enquiries in a timely and proper manner.
5. Calls existing and potential customers for sales opportunities.

- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing good support
- May assist with order processing, product troubleshooting, and general customer assistance
- Focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Resolve complex or unresolved cases whenever possible.
