Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations in Albania. The role is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy, developing detailed sales plans, and analyzing market potential to drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include building and negotiating strong relationships with key customers, monitoring business performance, and providing regular reporting on results. The Sales Manager will also oversee work control, organization, and motivation of the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of business objectives.

What would be your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve planned sales and to collaborate and define commercial strategy (considering the market and the Zentiva objectives);
  • Organize regular meetings with doctors and pharmacists and ensure that plans for implementing the strategy are defined;
  • Responsible for making annual budget plans and monthly sales forecasts for the business year.
  • Participate in the development of P&L product analysis;
  • Manage Marketing Budget;
  • Ensure the professional presentation of products;
  • Implement promotional activities together with the managers, as well as  ensure objectives follow-up;
  • Monitor and perform analysis of competitor activity and ensure that process flows and policies are defined for the entire organization;
  • Organize and participate in professional promotional events and ensure that the organization is adequately defined for the commercial objectives;
  • Make regular reporting, perform and analyze sales results for all the areas. Moreover, the Employee shall ensure market benchmark in terms of commercial policies and commercial organization;
  • Shall perform other duties in accordance with the order of the manager and ensure financial performance;
  • Shall develop and manage the team/Medical representatives (direct reporting managers);
  • Responsible for preparing sales plan, quarterly targets, monitoring results, marketing activity implementation, and supervising (tasks/skills) for the Medical Representatives team;
  • Cooperate with the sector of registration, procurement, and business development team;
  • Fulfil other tasks/duties as may be required from time to time by the Employer.

We need you to have:

  • University degree (Faculty of Pharmacy or Medicine)
  • Experience in the professional and commercial position
  • A high level of organizational creativity and responsibility for fiduciary obligations
  • Knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • Use of MS Office packet
  • B category driving license
