​About the job:

  • ​New business development: working with global team in defining new opportunities & projects and following up & coordinating required activities
  • Accounts and related distributors management: regular customers visit, order taking, shipment arrangement via CSR, accounts receivable
  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospective and existing Japanese customers both inside and outside of Japan
  • Monitor and analyze the market situation/competition and definition of customer potential / promote sales leads and identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Responsible for the entire sales process - sales strategy, proposal development and negotiation to the conclusion of the contract
  • Coordination of all the required technical & sales issues
  • Regular report on sales and project status
  • Participating & involvement in strategic sales planning and Budget
  • Introduction of new products and technology to the customers
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications both up and down the organization as well as to external customers

About you:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, (MBA would be plus)
  • At least 6-10 years of sales experience in automotive industry, (Sales experience with J-OEMs or their tiers would be considered)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Problem solving skills & High-level solution, value selling and negotiation
  • Proactive team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
