What you will do

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for Spare Parts, Consumables, and Accessories across the European region.

Reporting to the EU Service Commercial Director, this role is responsible for defining and implementing the European pricing policy, driving regional sales performance, and ensuring effective governance with local teams to execute commercial strategies in alignment with centrally defined rules and frameworks.

In particular, the areas of responsability will be:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and implement the European pricing policy for spare parts, consumables, and accessories, ensuring alignment with global commercial strategy.

  • Lead the development of regional sales strategies for Service line of business, annual sales targets, and go-to-market plans.

Sales Governance:

  • Ensure local sales teams operate within the centrally defined commercial rules, pricing structures and promotional frameworks.

  • Act as European Center of Expertise for Sales, playing as the point of coordination and escalation for local teams, supporting them in the achievement of the results.

  • Define the strategy for Consumables, with a specific focus for boosting the presence of the FG Retailers, FMCG channel and Online.

  • Direct responsibility of Pan European Distributors of Spare parts, in cooperation with local Service sales teams.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Guarantee the achievement of the Budget and make regular revision of it together with market sales teams

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, establish regular routines with local sales teams and elaborate central projects to support local needs.

  • Take full accountability for sales reporting and spare parts trend analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous business development.

  • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Provide guidance, oversight, and coordination for local sales teams to ensure consistent execution Service strategic intents.

  • Support local teams in sales enablement, customer engagement, and opportunity development while reinforcing policy compliance.

Pricing & Commercial Policy:

  • Develop, deploy, and manage pricing tools and capabilities to increase revenues and margins for all service business lines.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and margin analysis to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and stock inventory level.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management about performance and governance.

What you need to succeed

Must have

Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy development, sales reporting, and governance of distributed sales teams

Education: Degree in Engineering (all), Economics

Professional experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership in Spare parts and Accessories

Language: Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus

Technical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present market trends and performance data effectively

Soft skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Other: Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
