Responsibilities / Tasks
Effective customer relationship management to our nationwide customer base.
Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them.
Communicate effectively with clients to technically evaluate their needs.
Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals and monitor progress.
Conduct technical presentations.
Be responsible for the entry, administration and reporting of all leads and opportunities within our CRM system.
Travel within the UK as required to carry out your role responsibilities.
Manage your own day and book and attend your own appointments.
Work closely with the compression technologies team to identify opportunities and drive the business forward.
Communicate with our European technology centres in Germany and the Netherlands.
Travel when required to our European technology centres in Germany and the Netherlands.
You can be based at any of our offices throughout the UK or work from home.
Your Profile / Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years field sales experience in selling a technical product.
Experience in refrigeration or HVAC industries is essential.
Experience in selling chillers and heat pumps would be an advantage.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisation & communication skills.

Good planning and organisational skills.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.

Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
Good computer skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Experience in the use of a customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A full driving license.
