Who We Are Looking For:

• Previous Automotive Sales Management experience, BMW brand experience a plus
• A proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:
The Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales goals by managing daily operations & training of the sales staff
• Generate and implement effective customer engagement and follow-up processes
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Continually develop sales staff through team meetings, coaching, and mentoring

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $92,154 to $283,868. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours.
