We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the Orrsum team in Nottingham.
Orrsum are market leaders in the supply of Hosiery, Underwear & Loungewear to global retailers. With a passion for great product design and a reputation for taking trends, along with the latest technologies and developing product portfolios to match a brand or retailer’s core customer base. Orrsum currently design, supply, promote & distribute for a number of licensed global brands and own label brands.
Act as the primary commercial lead for key retail accounts, building strong and positive partnerships with customers.
Negotiate and manage pricing with the customer, maximising sales and profitability for the business whilst providing the customer with the best possible price.
Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, identifying opportunities to expand distribution, product range, and category presence.
Lead customer meetings and sales presentations, using insights to unlock new opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
Define and implement pricing and promotional strategies that balance competitiveness with margin optimisation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to identify risks and opportunities within the retail landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales plans, forecasting, and operational delivery.
Provide clear and insightful reporting to senior leadership, including budgets, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Drive new business development and expansion of key accounts, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
