About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for a Sales Manager. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Commercial Division, the Sales Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

What you will do

Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue

Build relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies

Negotiate contracts and manage group/event bookings

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing

Prepare sales reports and meet revenue targets

Successful candidate requires to have a native level of Japanese language and fluent in English.
