Job Description:
Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Sales Manager.
This a position will be based in Kuan Yin, Taiwan.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
Ensure that all activities are performed in line with Huntsman’s EHS, Corporate compliance standards, and local regulations and laws in Taiwan.
Own and deliver the sales target/budget for Taiwan; identify and develop new business opportunities across Power, Electronics, and Composites segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in Taiwan, with particular focus on Global/Regional Key Accounts and local decision makers.
Work with technical and application teams to provide preliminary technical/application support, translate customer needs into internal actions, and drive qualification of solutions for Taiwan customers.
Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor intelligence in Taiwan; provide regular updates on trends, projects pipeline, and pricing dynamics.
Handle customer complaints and service issues in Taiwan; coordinate with internal stakeholders (quality, supply chain, technical, finance) for timely resolution and communication.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Chemical) or related discipline
10+ years of B2B sales/account management experience in Taiwan, preferably covering one or more of Power (electrical), Electronics, and Composite materials industries
Solid understanding of Taiwan market dynamics and customer landscape; proven capability in business development and key account management
Extensive channel management experience in Taiwan, including distributor/partner development, channel strategy, governance, and performance management.
Good command of Mandarin and English (written and spoken); ability to communicate with regional/global stakeholders
Able to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams; strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and CRM tools; willing and able to travel frequently within Taiwan as required
