Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand the company’s engine MRO capabilities, cost structure, and operational processes. Develop and execute domestic and international sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify potential customers and new business opportunities, providing strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Lead the development of new customers, with a strong focus on international markets, establishing long-term strategic partnerships and driving expansion of the company’s global market share.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of bidding, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation, ensuring commercial terms and profit margins align with company strategy and financial objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Operations to drive cost control, operational efficiency, and profit optimization, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pratt & Whitney network to drive international business development, strengthen customer engagement, and expand the company’s global presence.
  • Take full responsibility for contract execution, project delivery, and account receivables management across both domestic and international customers, safeguarding revenue realization, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring full financial compliance, while continuously optimizing commercial processes and customer experience.
  • Contribute to annual sales planning, market forecasting, and business strategy formulation; provide regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company EHS, Business Ethics, and Export Control policies and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required. Strong preference for candidates with an Engineering background (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Power Systems).

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the aviation or related industry, including at least 5 years in sales, business development, or key account management, with a proven record of success.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft engine MRO operations, cost structures, and industry standards.
  • Experience in international market development and cross-cultural customer management preferred.

Professional Skills

  • Strong technical understanding combined with business acumen to translate engineering capabilities into commercial value.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and project management.
  • Proficient in cost analysis, pricing strategy, and margin management.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
