Four Seasons Hotel Milano, a symbol of luxury and refined elegance in the heart of Italy’s fashion capital, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager – Middle East to join our exceptional team. This strategic role focuses on driving leisure business from key Middle Eastern markets, enhancing the hotel’s visibility, and securing new and repeat business across core luxury segments.
About the Role
As the Sales Manager – Middle East, you will serve as the ambassador of Four Seasons Milano across the GCC and wider Middle East markets. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts. You will actively promote the hotel’s unique offerings through direct sales calls, face‑to‑face meetings, familiarization trips, industry events, and international tradeshows. Your strategic sales efforts will directly influence revenue growth and strengthen the hotel’s competitive position in the ultra‑luxury segment.
What You Will Do
Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts across the Middle East to drive business and expand market share.
Utilize advanced prospecting tools and global sales programs to identify new business opportunities.
Proactively manage all inquiries from Middle Eastern markets, qualify potential business, and maximize transient room nights and ancillary revenue to enhance overall RevPAR performance.
Develop, implement, and execute strategic account plans tailored to the Middle East to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through outside sales calls, site inspections, and familiarization trips across assigned territories (GCC + wider Middle East).
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Four Seasons properties and understand competitive advantages within the Middle Eastern luxury landscape.
Conduct compelling customer presentations and site inspections, identify client needs, and propose customized solutions to maximize booking opportunities.
Ensure accurate and timely data management within CRM and reservation systems (Opera), maintaining highest standards of database hygiene.
Collaborate with global sales offices, participate in strategy and sales meetings, and contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan.
Manage and optimize sales budgets and travel expenses in alignment with strategic priorities.
