About the Role

You will manage e‑commerce sales planning and execution on JD.com, covering self‑operated business to drive sales and market growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop annual and quarterly e‑commerce sales plans, manage distributors and their stores to execute according to business plans and achieve the company’s relevant sales targets.
  • Take charge of building and managing JD.com’s self‑operated digital business, oversee self‑operated operators, and continuously improve and optimize their operational capabilities to meet ongoing business development needs.
  • Create promotion plans for authorized stores in line with platform promotional schedules and the company’s overall e‑commerce marketing cadence, and drive implementation.
  • Continuously assess the company’s and key competitors’ market positions, effectively utilize platform and company resources to increase and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with other sales colleagues to manage platform promotional activities, foster a healthy competitive environment, and avoid conflicts between platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing and e‑commerce specialists to manage marketing content output and placement for authorized stores.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of sales experience in digital consumer electronics, with independent sales and channel management experience, familiar with JD.com’s operating model, including SOP and POP, especially knowledgeable about audio products such as speakers and headphones.
  • Outgoing personality, clear thinking, strong sense of responsibility, open to new things, with excellent learning and innovation abilities.
  • High professional ethics and teamwork spirit, maintains confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid customer service mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills to maximize platform resource support.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently to complete tasks and solve problems creatively.
