Job Description
Hybrid: BKK (1 area), UPC (7 areas – East, West, South)
Lead sales initiatives within the pharmacy channel, driving revenue and market share growth.
Execute pricing strategies and promotional activities to enhance product positioning and drive sales.
Strengthen and maintain key pharmacy accounts to maximize product distribution and visibility.
Actively seek, identify, and analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Monitor and motivate the team to implement key strategies and tactics according to plan, ensuring maximum productivity and teamwork; report on sales performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Assist the sales force in achieving sales targets through ongoing field coaching, key account management, and training programs.
Develop and control the implementation of territory management, sales force effectiveness, call management analysis, and project initiatives.
Manage necessary internal operational arrangements and resolve critical business-related issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field; MBA is preferable.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the pharmacy channel.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharmacy market.
Strong numerical and data analysis skills, with proven ability to use Excel and Pivot Tables to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision‑making.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Leadership ability with positive mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required
