Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, monitoring performance and expanding market share within the domestic appliances sector, all complying and following the overall Samsung strategy and goals.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Conduct sales forecasts and budgeting
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and develop key accounts
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role:
University degree in business administration, marketing or similar
Proven experience of min. 5 years as a sales manager or similar leadership role (experience in electronics business is an advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
Willingness to travel as required
