Drive aftermarket sales growth by generating opportunities, setting targets, monitoring performance, and executing regional strategies with leadership.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Provide technical support by aligning customer requirements, preparing quotations, and leading technical discussions.
Support strategic IP and project initiatives through coordination, reviews, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to overall operations through training, troubleshooting, claims support, and ROI analysis.
Conduct leadership tasks and people development by managing the team.
Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong experience in management and sales execution.
Practical experience and solid expertise in similar roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM Tools is desirable.
In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer service practices and similar environments.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel: Regular trips to customer sites.
Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise.
