RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Job Description
A role in Sales function will give you exposure to the different parts of P&G business operations and will allow you to develop a broad and deep skill set.
As a Trainee you will be challenged to develop, negotiate and implement commercial strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes.
You will learn and implement concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (supermarkets, pharmacies, online sellers, among others).
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with key retailers and customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment on product launches and promotions.
Prepare sales reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
As a P&G intern, you will get the opportunity to:
Work in a diverse, dynamic environment and get to lead in-market strategies across multiple product lines, business units, and departments.
Build positive relationships with customers, vendors and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving and merchandising strategies;
Participate in new product launches
Contribute to the development of sales concepts and go-to-market strategies & tools;
You will also be involved in the design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us;
Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF :
You are graduated of a bachelor or a master’s degree
You have proven strong leadership ability to lead projects and have a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
You have very good interpersonal skills and you are a team player.
You have good communication (verbal, active listening and written)
Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set.
You are autonomous, rigorous and organized and can execute with excellence
You are fluent in Portuguese and English
You have a valid driver’s license.
