About the role:
The role will cover the full sales process and associated tasks and duties including but not limited to: helping organize and steer marketing campaigns, direct cold calling and lead generation, expanding contacts within existing accounts plus establishing meaningful contacts amongst new prospects.
What you will be doing
Responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Treasury and Risk Management solutions within the BFSI sector.
Sells new products and/or services to new and existing account relationships in the BFSI space.
Proactively generate pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification
Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
Develop/maintain relationships within existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the FIS Treasury & Risk portfolio.
Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
Work closely with pre‑sales, product specialists, marketing, and professional services to shape differentiated solution propositions
Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
Work on any executive-level proposals and solution presentations aligned to client objectives
Lead complex commercial negotiations, structuring deals that balance client expectations with delivery viability and long-term partnership value
Contribute to territory planning, account strategy, and sales forecasting
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and business objectives
What you bring
Strong Enterprise Software and Services Sales experience
Hands on Experience in selling Treasury or Risk solution to financial institutions
Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred
Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
