SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Sales Executive – Powder Coatings, you will play a vital role in driving Jotun’s growth by promoting and selling our Performance Coatings products to both new and existing customers. Using Jotun’s advanced sales tools and proven techniques, you will build strong, long-lasting customer relationships while achieving key targets for sales, gross margin, and DSO. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing Jotun’s market share and profitability, positioning us as a trusted leader in the industry. This role is based in Hyderabad and reports to Deputy General Manager.

Key ​Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by managing customer relationships, identifying profitable opportunities, and contributing to overall sales turnover.

  • Develop and execute customer account plans, prioritize initiatives, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress, resolve technical and commercial queries, ensure timely deliveries, and follow up on collections to meet agreed payment terms.

  • Promote Jotun products and solutions through regular visits, presentations, and specifications with owners, consultants, and contractors to create new business opportunities.

  • Meet personal sales targets, prepare proposals, assist in securing large projects, and participate in sales meetings to share market insights and product knowledge.

Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in powder coating sales

Qualification: - Any Graduate
