Responsibilities
In this critical role, reporting to the ixSuite Product Leader you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focused on driving adoption of Concentrix’s iXSuite products. Growing revenue, product & services adoption, and market presence for Concentrix within the EMEA market.
Your business acumen will enable you to effectively engage with new sales opportunities and manage relationships with clients at the CXO/VP level, particularly in partnership with our Service Line Leaders and our strategic partners.
We seek a professional who can think strategically and analytically around CX technology and the role AI, GenAI and Agentics will play in an modern CX strategy. An all-rounder with business, product, and technology expertise, and who can craft compelling value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners. Your ability to work cross-functionally to build consensus will be key to your success.
What You’ll Do
· Drive ixSuite related business planning and help achieve achieve/exceed annual sales targets through new client wins and organic account growth
· Work closely with ixSuite Product leadership (US) to ensure EMEA compliance and suitability and market fit is considered
· Engage with Concentrix EMEA account teams to identify priority target accounts. You’ll lead proposition design and direct selling motions – including product demos.
· Methodically manage accurate tracking/reporting of leads, sales pipeline and alliance related goals and objectives
· Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation and marketing opportunities
· Support sales enablement activity and training sessions
Measures of success
· Accelerate revenue and market presence: Spearhead initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline and expand market share for Concentrix.
· Achieve Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or surpass both quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets, demonstrating outstanding sales performance.
· Craft compelling value propositions that distinctly set Concentrix apart from the competition, highlighting our unique advantages and compelling offerings in the marketplace.
· Engage in Industry Events: Actively participate in essential industry events to expand networks and seize new opportunities.
· Strategically implement sales plans: Formulate and execute targeted vertical/ sector sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance market reach.
· Nurture a thriving pipeline: Sustain, expand and help to grow a robust pipeline that supports continual growth and opportunity.
· Lead contract negotiations: Oversee and manage contract negotiations in conjunction with internal stakeholders, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
· Build enduring client and partner relationships: Foster and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, prioritizing mutual success and growth.
· Travel requirements: Prepare for moderate travel to support your role and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
· Proactive and driven: Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting. SaaS start-up/ scale-up experience would be advantageous.
· Results-Oriented: Possess a relentless drive to achieve and surpass objectives.
· Extensive sales expertise in technology-related sales (preferably SaaS products), solutions and/or architecting.
· Industry background: Prior involvement in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform/Contact Center environments (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CCaaS) is advantageous.
· Prioritized experience: CX Tech (RPA, CCaaS, Conversational AI)
· Exceptional communication skills: Excel in delivering presentations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
· Negotiation expertise: Outstanding ability to negotiate favorable terms and build beneficial relationships.
· Consultative selling proficiency: Skilled in applying consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs.
· Collaboration and influence: Ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes in a “win as a team” environment.
