We’re looking for a Sales Exec - IFI based in Brazil
Located in Brazil, the Sales Exec – Instant Financial Issuance Solutions will support the Sales organization to achieve revenue objectives in the strategic plan, by seeking out new business opportunities, while at the same time managing current prospects and customer accounts. They will proactively develop opportunities which have the potential to drive growth and profitability at Entrust. The Sales Exec – Instant Financial Issuance Solutions will perform the accountabilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development 25%
Actively and aggressively prospect for new customers by generating new leads and turning leads into sales results.
Develop, manage and regularly update business development plans for an identified region, detailing the company’s position versus desired position.
Work with Sales & Marketing early in the process to organize Entrust’s positioning approach for each opportunity.
Work to develop and maintain project pipeline and execute on project identified in the regional pipeline.
Responsible for the creation of annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan and strategic imperatives.
Work with Instant Financial Issuance Solutions business leaders to develop specific sales strategies and target new account and business development efforts within existing accounts to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Opportunity Identification 25%
Proactively develop new, on-trend business opportunities which have the potential to drive growth and profitability within the region.
Provide new concepts along with their fit and alignment to corporate strategy.
Promote and influence within the company to ensure the development of suitable market solutions in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Use Market Knowledge to proactively identify innovative, new business opportunities based on timely customer and consumer unmet & unarticulated needs. Drive these concepts through to hand-off to marketing or through to launch based on timing, resources and structure at that time.
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive set within the region, and leverage this to develop sustainable points of difference which meet customer needs.
Aid in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
Relationship & Account Management 35%
Develop and manage relationships with key market influencers; providing both business and technical input to position Entrust favorably in the regional market.
Pursue and develop relationships with key integrators and potential partners that currently have other services offered to help foster strategic partner relationships.
Actively participate in working groups, committees and industry council.
Publish and promote success through speaking engagements, articles, white papers, etc.
Communicate and present to leaders at all levels, up to and including Senior Management, both internally at Entrust as well as with external customers.
Accelerate the growth of win-rate within the region.
Manage and close sales within assigned accounts:
Update annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan
Act as primary negotiator to present and close sales.
Research accounts, identify stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts.
Market Intelligence 15%
Develop in depth knowledge of the market’s customers and consumers.
Use various sources of research to understand the customers and their consumers’ unarticulated and unmet needs. These sources can be gained from Business intelligence, Voice of Customer, Sales, secondary & primary research as well as others.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our asset base, current technologies and technology trends, and leverage knowledge into the accelerated development of new platforms and opportunities.
Monitor external factors (mergers/acquisitions, market conditions, corporate organizations) to measure impact on long-range business plans.
Partner with Marketing to bring market information and needs to Product Management for future development & projects
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years’ progressive experience in new business development sales
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales of complex systems/solutions
Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling to, and negotiating with, Senior-level management
Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
Strong influencing and presentation skills
Proficient with MS products: Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Willingness and ability to work in the Latin American & Caribbean Region
Proficient in Spanish (both written and verbal) with basic conversational English abilities
Proficient in Portuguese (both written and verbal)
Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily in the Latin American Region.
Must be able to lawfully work within Brazil and have unrestricted work authorization for Brazil.
HS diploma, GED or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with/in or selling to Financial card Instant Financial Issuances and/or Digital Payment Solutions industries.
