What You Will Do:
As a recent college graduate, the Sales Engineer Trainee will complete a six-month training program, rotating through assignments in various functional areas of the business.
The program will prepare the Trainee for successful entry into the Sales organization.
Upon successful completion of the program, the Sales Engineer Trainee will be placed in one of the four core areas: Customer Engagement, Applications, Optimization, or Project Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Excellent customer relations service skills including the ability to explain and train
Problem Solving
Innovation
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade and collaborate
Negotiation skills
Organization and time management skills
Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
