Your responsibilities in this position will be:
A Sales Support Specialist acts as a key administrative and client-facing link between a company's sales team and its customers.
Providing crucial support by managing customer accounts.
Acting as a point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing support throughout the sales process, and troubleshooting issues.
Processing sales orders, managing existing renewals and all operation activities.
Generating sales reports, and handling sales-related data entry and tracking.
Assisting with the creation of sales presentations and materials, researching competitors and prospects, and providing relevant sales content and product information.

Experience with supporting the sales process
Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for interacting with both customers and the sales team.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial for handling administrative duties and meeting deadlines.
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting customer needs.
The ability to work effectively as part of a sales team while also performing tasks independently.
Willingness to learn new things, motivated to new responsibilities & roles
Language: Fluent English (at least C1)
Communication: Excellent communication and organization skills
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 000 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
