About the job

The Retail & Trade Marketing Manager will lead Retail & Trade Marketing initiatives and oversee the CRM and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver compelling brand propositions aligned with the LuxIgnite strategy.

Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • The execution of the retail and trade marketing strategy in alignment with global guidelines, adapting initiatives to meet market needs across all channels
  • Leading the planning and execution of seasonal "Swarovski Days" events (FW and SS) to launch new season collections to trade partners and drive sell-in
  • Overseeing the CRM strategy for Swarovski Club and Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS), managed by the Senior Customer Engagement & Events Executive, ensuring a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and re-purchase
  • Creating and executing engaging customer activations that drive ROI and foster strong customer connections
  • Managing day-to-day marketing relationship with key accounts and provide Sales team with support as and when needed across other growth accounts and new business opportunities
  • Overseeing and managing the VM team ensuring they are developing the guidelines and ordering the tools needed for successful and seamless implementations of brand campaigns, sales & promotions and store openings
  • Managing the Retail & Trade Marketing budget, allocating resources across Retail and Trade Marketing support, CRM, and VM to maximise ROI, impact and efficiency
  • Leading the CRM and Visual Merchandising teams, aligning their activities with current business priorities and adapting plans as needed to meet evolving goals
  • Fostering a proactive and collaborative team environment, empowering team members to execute the strategy effectively
