Are you ready to stop running programs and start driving foundational change? We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Sales Enablement Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be an integral part of our journey. This is a unique chance to drive the enablement strategy that will empower our global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and directly accelerate company growth. If you are passionate about connecting performance data with practical sales development, this role is for you.

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you won't just inherit a backlog, you'll own key strategic initiatives from day one. Your immediate focus will include:

  • Sales Plays Program Manager: Owning the end-to-end management, creation, and launch of our critical sales plays and selling motions.

  • Seismic Platform Refresh: Leading the strategy and execution for a complete content and user experience refresh of our Seismic enablement platform.

  • GTM Academy Facilitation: Facilitating our US GTM Academy training for all new hires, ensuring they hit the ground running.

  • Kick Off Support: Playing a primary role in the planning and execution of global/regional Sales Kick-Off events.

  • Hot Topics Weekly Newsletter: Curating and distributing our high-impact weekly communication to ensure the field stays informed and focused.

  • SDR Workshop & Coaching: Facilitating dynamic workshops and providing targeted 1:1 coaching to our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to optimize pipeline generation.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Enablement & Onboarding Leadership

  • Deliver the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including structured 30/60/90-day learning pathways.

  • Partner directly with leadership to continuously evolve the new hire GTM Academy to deliver the highest ROI in ramp time.

  • Proactively identify skill and knowledge gaps within the existing sales team and implement targeted, scalable training programs to drive continuous professional development.

Content, Communication, and Platform Ownership

  • Act as an administrator and owner of the Sales Enablement Platform (Seismic), ensuring content accuracy, usability, and strategic alignment.

  • Develop compelling written and verbal communications to the field, reinforcing key messages and sharing high-impact success stories to drive stickiness.

  • Leverage our existing sales tech stack (Gong, Seismic, Crayon, Salesforce, etc.) to optimize the seller experience and drive efficient workflows.

Sales Process, Data, and Optimization

  • Own the deployment and training of our core Sales Methodology (STC), measuring adoption and success, and recommending process improvements.

  • Run deal review clinics and analyze field-generated content feedback, communicating insights to marketing and product teams to ensure high-quality, impactful content.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all enablement initiatives, providing qualitative and quantitative insights to leadership for continuous program refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Training, or a related GTM function.

  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience administering or managing an enablement platform like Seismic, Highspot, or similar.

  • High Accountability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and leadership.

  • Self-Starter: Must be proactive, capable of working independently, and comfortable using data and good judgment to prioritize initiatives.

Where You’ll Connect and Collaborate:

  • Your main HQ is our Scottsdale, AZ office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
