The Sales Enablement Specialist supports DPR’s Get Work teams by identifying, organizing, maintaining and creating content that helps sellers engage customers effectively throughout the sales process. This role ensures enablement content, tools, and processes are accurate, accessible, and easy to use, supporting a consistent and efficient seller experience. The role serves as a key connector between regional and national service groups, DPR’s Family of Companies’ marketing team, and sales and marketing groups, ensuring resources reflect current needs, capabilities, insights, and success stories.
Success in this role requires strong storytelling, organization, collaboration, and follow-through, along with a proactive and innovative mindset. The Sales Enablement Specialist is expected to identify opportunities for optimization, contribute ideas to improve enablement processes and tools, and help evolve how information is communicated and shared across DPR’s Get Work teams.
Role requires occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Support the seller enablement strategy by organizing, maintaining, updating and creating enterprise knowledge, tools, and messaging for Get Work teams.
Maintain the structure and usability of seller enablement platforms to provide a clear, intuitive experience for accessing data, insights, and resources.
Ensure enablement content is accurate, relevant, and current, aligned with enterprise priorities, sales direction, target audiences, and customer needs across sales stages.
Partner with national, service line and core market subject matter experts to identify successes, content needs, customer insights, and industry trends that inform seller messaging and positioning materials. Work with teams to update standardized boilerplate and other items required for sales and marketing efforts.
Support continued process improvement by documenting workflows, gathering feedback, and assisting with the rollout and adoption of updated Get Work tools, systems and practices.
Track and report metrics on enablement content and systems to inform strategy and gather feedback to assess process effectiveness and sales and marketing support needs.
Participate in National Get Work & Marketing and meetings to stay aligned with priorities and evolving seller needs.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
Experience with or interest in sales enablement systems, knowledge management tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Design experience in Adobe InDesign or similar platforms preferred but not required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Ability to travel occasionally to support team meetings, training, or enterprise initiatives.
