JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Enablement Consultant supports the design and execution of the Sales strategic planning process and the delivery of key sales initiatives across the organization. This role partners with Sales leadership to define and advance sales strategy across channels, leveraging data analytics, performance measurement, and project management to drive execution. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining sales performance metrics, reports, and dashboards, delivering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and supporting implementation through effective communication and change enablement. The role manages multiple initiatives spanning internal and cross‑functional projects, collaborates with external partners as needed, and identifies new opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and outcomes.

This is a hybrid based role in Pittsburgh, PA - onsite 3 days a week. T, W, Th.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Executive Oversight for Enterprise level special purpose undertakings representing the organization.
    • Lead specially formed executive sponsored teams charged with delivering rapid response and resolution for issues with the highest level of visibility.
    • Determine short and long term remedies for operational, system, and / or process based breakdowns that directly affect the organizations’ ability to deliver or fulfill products or services to clients.
    • Lead senior based teams to reach resolutions that ensure continuity for internal dependencies and outward facing deliverables.
    • Identify, define and communicate to senior leadership the determined solutions that remedy complicated issues or the steps taken to compensate for the lack of capability in system or process changes.
  • Lead Executive Sponsored Projects for the highest priority products and services that provide significant presence or differentiation in the market place.
    • Build out and lead senior level multi-disciplinary teams or committees that will define and mitigate risks within the organization’s existing business processes – specifically those relying on departmental intra operability that are driven by dependencies or sequence.
    • Construct and lead key metrics and touch points with senior executives to ensure they are kept abreast of initiative progress and results.
  • Lead Executive Sponsored preemptive initiatives for Client Implementation, Setup and Advanced Resolution.
    • Build out senior level multi-disciplinary teams or committees that will capture comprehensive processes to ensure that enterprise capabilities are considered and guaranteed for key, high visibility clients.
    • Lead senior teams to identify key checkpoints and enterprise milestones that will guarantee successful fulfillment of requirements for the most complex implementations.
    • Drive the content and accuracy of executive level reporting to communicate results of senior teams.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10 Years of experience in a role that includes issue resolution, executive oversight or program / project management.

  • Ability to manage multiple executive level tasks and priorities;
  • Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal and professional experience interacting with management;
  • Proven problem solving skills including financial and data analysis;
  • Self motivated and ability to work with minimal direction;
  • Exceptional presentation skills;
  • Senior conflict management skills;
  • Knowledge of the organizations products, services, and processes;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of other Healthcare Processes and System Interoperability

Preferred SKILLS

  • Strong ability to support sales strategy development and execution across multiple channels, translating strategy into actionable initiatives.
  • Proven experience defining, tracking, and interpreting sales performance metrics, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards that drive decision‑making at leadership and field levels.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar), including reporting, data management, and performance analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively in cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate insights, recommendations, and complex concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Consultative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement and measurable sales outcomes.
