Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership:
- Oversee all sales operations for Tissue and K-C Professional businesses in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
- Develop and execute market strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Team Management:
- Lead a team of 5 direct reports (4 in Taiwan, 1 in Hong Kong).
- Manage a broader team of 21 members in Taiwan and 6 members in Hong Kong, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Revenue & Growth:
- Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Market Insights & Innovation:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in FMCG or B2B environments.
- Proven track record in managing multi-market operations and large teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
