Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Leadership:
    • Oversee all sales operations for Tissue and K-C Professional businesses in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
    • Develop and execute market strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead a team of 5 direct reports (4 in Taiwan, 1 in Hong Kong).
    • Manage a broader team of 21 members in Taiwan and 6 members in Hong Kong, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Revenue & Growth:
    • Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Market Insights & Innovation:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
    • Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in FMCG or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-market operations and large teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
