The Role  

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative II to join our Mexico City team.  This is a high-impact, inbound-focused role designed for a motivated, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.  You’ll play a critical part in fueling Solera’s growth by engaging high-intent prospects, qualifying real buying opportunities, and accelerating revenue through consultative, value-based conversations.

 What You’ll Do  

 -Engage and qualify high-intent inbound leads from web forms, demo requests, trials, chat, and call-ins within defined SLAs -

- Own the inbound Lead & Opportunity Management process, converting demand into revenue-ready pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly targets

 -High quality qualification conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent

 -Schedule demos and execute live handoffs to Account Executives with clear deal context and next steps

 -Leverage Salesforce and sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to manage activity, track engagement, and drive conversion efficiency

-Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, close dates, deal values, and product interest to support forecasting and pipeline visibility

-Represent Solera’s value proposition with confidence, connecting customer pain points to the right solutions to drive revenue outcomes .
