Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is experiencing hyper-growth across Asia Pacific and Japan. The Sales Development team is essential to these efforts, responsible for generating qualified pipeline and developing new quota-carrying Account Executives. This Singapore-based position focuses on our business expansion plans across Southeast Asia, where you will prospect into key markets to secure the meetings that drive regional revenue.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Identify key decision makers and influencers within organizations across many different departments.
  • Articulate to prospects how our tools help organizations make quicker decisions driven by real-time data.
  • Work with teammates to strategize and plan creative methods to generate new business opportunities.
  • Use rejection as fuel to motivate and push yourself to work harder and smarter.
  • Maintain a self-starter and competitive mindset, aiming to blow past quota rather than just hitting it.
  • Focus on financial rewards, opportunity for growth, and promotions as primary motivators.

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership to contribute to the company's overall success.

Things You’ll Do

  • Drive demand through cold calling, warm calling, and a managed follow-up process.
  • Communicate value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with prospects.
  • Strategize with Account Executives on specific methods to penetrate targeted accounts.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute on personalized account-based campaigns.
  • Attend 1:1s, team meetings, and training sessions to continuously develop your sales skills.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Previous sales or SDR experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and communicate with VP-level executives.
  • Highly motivated to accelerate a career in software sales with exceptional interpersonal ability.
  • Professional-working level English is required; Bahasa Indonesia or Malaysia is a bonus.
