As an SDR at Bitsight, you will be responsible for fueling the sales pipeline through proactive outreach, tailored prospect engagement, and strategic account development. Partnering closely with regional Account Executives and the Sales Development Manager, you will research accounts, identify decision makers, generate interest in Bitsight’s platform, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
You will contribute directly to regional pipeline targets, while helping shape how we grow across EMEA.
Execute thoughtful outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to target accounts.
Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities through structured discovery conversations.
Build multi-threaded engagement strategies within key accounts.
Conduct deep research on organizations, personas, and buying dynamics.
Identify business drivers, pain points, and use cases aligned to Bitsight’s value proposition.
Prioritize accounts based on strategic fit, TAM, and conversion likelihood.
Qualify opportunities using structured methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC-style qualification).
Educate Account Executives and support seamless hand-off and follow-through.
Maintain opportunity hygiene, accuracy, and cadence expectations in Salesforce.
Effectively handle common objections related to cybersecurity, budget, and prioritization.
Influence meetings with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Support territory plans driven by regional pipeline goals.
Provide structured feedback to marketing, RevOps, and sales leadership on campaign performance, messaging, ICP shifts, and process improvements.
Participate in weekly coaching, call review, and performance workshops.
Represent Bitsight with professionalism, credibility, and urgency in every interaction.
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity/pipeline targets.
Demonstrating consistent activity levels paired with conversion-rate performance.
Building repeatable processes around outreach, messaging, and objection handling.
Serving as a trusted extension of the Go-To-Market team in EMEA.
Proven success in a proactive outreach role (SDR, inside sales, or similar).
Exceptional ability to structure calls, run discovery, and handle objections.
Strong planning, organization, and territory/time management skills.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing.
Strong relationship-building mindset and professional credibility.
Experience selling to enterprise stakeholders or technical buyers.
Prior exposure to security SaaS, risk or compliance solutions, or analytics platforms.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, and conversation intelligence tools.
Sales methodology training (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDICC-based frameworks, etc.).
Excellent proficiency in English is required.
Proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
